1. Who We Are
These Terms & Conditions govern the prize draw associated with the STRIPS ENERGY Memory Overload game, operated by ENERGY STRIPS sp. z o.o., registered in Poland.

2. Eligibility
- Open to participants aged 18 or over (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Employees and their immediate family members of ENERGY STRIPS sp. z o.o. are not eligible.
- One prize entry per person per event. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
Submit your name, email address, and optionally your phone number via the prize entry form after completing a game session. Submission constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Prize Draw
- Prizes are awarded to the highest verified scores on the leaderboard at the close of each event or weekly period.
- In the event of a tie, the entry with the fastest average reaction time wins.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw close.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, an alternative winner may be selected.
5. Data Protection & GDPR
By submitting the prize entry form you consent to ENERGY STRIPS sp. z o.o. processing the personal data you provide (name, email, phone) for the sole purpose of administering this prize draw.
- Retention: Your data will be deleted 90 days after the close of the relevant event or draw period.
- No third-party sharing: We will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
- Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@strips.energy.
- Data controller: ENERGY STRIPS sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland.
6. Score Verification
ENERGY STRIPS sp. z o.o. reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any score. Scores achieved using automated tools, browser exploits, or any form of cheating will be disqualified. The decision of the organisers is final.
7. General
- We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any event or prize draw at any time.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
- Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
